April 23, 2007 - Prier Products, Inc. Completes Purchase of Mansfield Brass Division
Prier Products, Inc. announced that on March 27, 2007, it
closed on the purchase of Mansfield’s Brass Division.
Through the acquisition, Prier has added the Mansfield Frostproof Hydrants, plumbing brass, brass ballcocks and valve business to its existing offering of wall hydrants, angle sill faucets, drainage products and gas log lighter equipment.
