Webstone Co. and Raven Products said that a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in June 2005 regarding patent infringement relating to Webstone's Isolator® Uni-Flange Ball Valve has been settled and dismissed. While denying any wrongdoing, Raven has obtained from Webstone licensing rights to manufacture and sell a ball valve under the Webstone patent.
