Woodard Cleaning & Restoration Services, a Midwest fire and water restoration company based  in St. Louis, launched its Drying Referral Incentive Program (DRIP), which offers incentives to plumbers who refer water remediation or drying jobs to Woodard. Once plumbers join the program, whenever they provide a referral that results in a restoration or drying assignment for Woodard, the referring plumber is paid a referral fee.

The plumbing company also can receive a cash incentive based on the volume of jobs that Woodard acquires through its referrals.

In situations where the plumbing firm is personally responsible for water restoration, Woodard will extend a substantial discount from its standard rates.
