Washington, D.C.-based Contractors and Unions Seal of Excellence named John Dunleavy as its new chairman for the 2005-2006 term. Dunleavy is executive vice president of Pierce Associates Inc., Alexandria, Va. He has served on the CAUSE board since 2001, and was president of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Metropolitan Washington in 2004.
