Art Dexter of LeDuc & Dexter (Santa Rosa, Calif.) was elected as the 2005 chairman of the Construction Contractors Alliance. Also elected as trustees were Les DenHerder, HPS Mechanical (Bakersfield, Calif.), and Greg Kozan, Ridgeway Plumbing (Boynton Beach, Fla.).
