The Educational Foundation of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association has revised its "Essentials of PHC Project Management" course. The course provides students with information on managing labor risk, using the contract as a labor tool, conducting turnover meetings, managing cash flow, and proper close-out procedures. There are two levels of instruction -- essentials and advanced -- and each course lasts four days.

Previously offered at Purdue University, the class is now being offered at several regionally accessible sites across the country. Remaining courses scheduled for this year are May 21-24, 2003, San Jose, Calif. (Essentials), and Aug. 20-23, 2003, Indianapolis (Advanced). For more information, call 800/533-7694.
