New Jersey Changes Wage Law Protections

Prevailing wage law protections in New Jersey now apply to custom fabricated plumbing, HVAC and duct work for state public works projects under a new law signed by Governor James E. McGreevey. The new measure applies to on- or off-site fabrication.
