Residential service agreement provider agrees to install ClickSchedule software.
Software provider ClickSoftware and residential service agreement provider Service America have agreed to a contract that will have Service America install ClickSoftware's award-winning ClickSchedule. Service America will use the software to aid in scheduling and dispatching 500 technicians' service calls in Florida and Arizona. Service America also said it will consider using the new tool to arrange staff and consumer meetings for appliance and service agreement purchases.
