VenVest Inc., a St. Louis-based venture capital firm, has employed Michael S. Robinson to develop the company's Internet exchange, which will link vendors with contractors in the PHC industry.

Robinson was president of Contractors Success Group, a membership consulting organization for a/c contractors founded in 1990 by Jim Abrams and John Young, founders of VenVest.
