This new recruitment section of the site focuses on employers and job seekers in the plumbing distribution, manufacturing and contractor industry, and provides employers with a free, one-stop browser-based e-recruiting tool.

For a nominal fee, employers can access more than 200,000 candidate profiles in CareerSite's database, auto-post and cross-post jobs to fee-based sites, list a company profile and receive additional services. PlumbingOnlineJobs.com also provides job seekers with career management tools and easy access to employers of the PlumbingOnline vertical community.

Job-searching tools include automatic e-mail notification of job matches based on registered preferences, online resume storage, cover letter submissions and the ability to search and apply for jobs. Access to customer service, a career resource center and online bookstore are also available.
