Applications for positions on IAPMO's Plumbing Technical Committee and Mechanical Technical Committee can be found on IAPMO's Web site at www.iapmo.org. Responsibilities of these committees will include preparation and processing of proposals and comments to amend existing documents, codes, standards, recommended practices and guides. IAPMO expects to release the Procedures and Regulations that these committees will follow no later than Oct. 15, and will call for proposals shortly thereafter.

Applications can also be obtained from NFPA, as part of a partnership with IAPMO in developing consensus codes.
