John Malloy assumed the role of CEO of Victaulic Co. as of March 1 following the retirement of Joseph Trachtenberg, who retired after 30 years with the company. Trachtenberg continues to serve as chairman of the board. Malloy has spent the last two years as president and COO of the pipe joining manufacturer.
