Several PM columnists and industry experts will present seminars at the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers' 52nd Annual Convention and Trade Show this May.

Management workshops on Monday, May 23, will feature Al Levi's "Staffing Power!" and "Leadership Power!" presentations, as well as Carol Fey's session "Training Anyone Almost Anything."

NAOHSM is also launching its Professional Service Managers Academy in conjunction with Penn State University. Attendees will be able to sample the core courses of this program with Penn State's Harry Johnson. The formal PROSMA programs are 16-hour core courses.
