More than 20 state and local Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association chapters are offering 22 business management seminars designed and sponsored by the PHCC Educational Foundation Seminar Series in 2001-2002. Seminar issues include change order procedures, managing multiple projects and the role of foreman as team leader.
