The next Construction Contractors' Alliance meeting is scheduled for Feb. 16-18 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Keynote speaker George Hedley will discuss the ins and outs of the new construction contracting business from a general contractor's/builder's perspective during “Everything Subcontractors Need to Know About General Contractors - Learn How They Really Work!” Hedley will also direct a session on getting employees to perform at higher levels using motivation, recognition and praise.

Quality Service Contractors members will learn how to turn personal faults into strengths to make them better leaders at Power Meeting XXII, to be held Feb. 24-26 in Savannah, Ga.
