June 19, 2000
The American Subcontractors Association is calling for an end to the
industry business practice of retainage by kicking off a national
campaign: "Retainage: Dollars and Sense That Don't Add Up." ASA
chapters and members are pursuing reform through legislation at both
state and federal level. Contact David Mendes with any questions at
703/684-3450, ext. 335.
