EMCOR Group appointed William A. Rodgers Jr. as president and chief executive officer of Arlington, Va.-based EMCOR Facilities Services. Previously he served in various executive positions with the Integrated Facilities Management Division of Johnson Controls, before joining EMCOR Facilities Services as executive vice president in 2001.

Also appointed was Geoffrey W. Birkbeck as president and chief operating officer of Comstock Canada Ltd., an EMCOR operating company located in Burlington, Ont. He succeeds Bill Corp, who will retire March 31, 2005.
