Roger Peugeot, owner of Overland Park, Kan.-based Roger the Plumber, was named a contractor founder of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association's Educational Foundation Board of Governors. The board consists of contractors, manufacturers and other industry partners who make a commitment of at least $100,000 to the Foundation's endowment fund.
