Trade Schools At Risk Of Y2K Breakdown

A report by the Inspector General's Office of the Education Department said colleges and trade schools are unprepared for Y2K. According to the report, 42 percent of the 653 respondents to the survey indicated they were still in the beginning stages of updating computer systems.
