ANSI suspension ends with denouncement
A three-year suspension of the A40 committee ended when the ANSI Executive Standards Council Appeals Panel announced the withdrawal of its accreditation. Suspended in May 1996, the A40 committee was to resolve allegations that the Accredited Standards
Committee, A40 and its co-secretariats had violated ANSI procedures and requirements.
