Court Of Appeals Upholds Multi-Employer Worksite Doctrine

The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld OSHA's multi-employer worksite doctrine in which an
employer is held responsible for violations committed on sites over which the employer has control and
authority to correct hazards.
