PHCC CONNECT 2026 to Bring Plumbing and HVACR Professionals Together in Milwaukee
Annual conference will offer education, networking and expanded opportunities to explore the latest products and technologies.
Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors--National Association (PHCC) invites plumbing and HVACR professionals from across the country to attend PHCC CONNECT 2026, taking place October 19–22 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Centered around this year’s theme, “Building Community. Advancing the Industry,” the annual conference will provide contractors with opportunities to strengthen their businesses, expand their knowledge and connect with industry peers and partners.
Held at the Baird Center, CONNECT 2026 will feature more than 20 educational sessions addressing key topics for today’s plumbing and HVACR professionals, including business management, workforce development, leadership and technical expertise. Workshops, keynote presentations and Learning Labs will provide attendees with practical insights and strategies they can bring back to their businesses. This year’s keynote speaker, Dr. Rick Goodman, will share insights on leadership and building stronger teams, offering attendees tools to help develop their people and organizations.
“PHCC CONNECT is an opportunity for contractors to step away from the day-to-day, learn from industry experts and fellow professionals and discover new ideas they can put into practice,” said Jason Pritchard, President, PHCC-National Association. “The relationships made at CONNECT can have a lasting impact on both individual businesses and the industry as a whole.”
The Product & Technology Showcase will return as a two-day experience on October 20–21, giving attendees additional time to meet with exhibitors, explore new products and discover emerging technologies designed to support their businesses. New features for CONNECT 2026 include Milwaukee Central, highlighting manufacturers with ties to the region, the ESCO Institute’s “Did You Know Mobile Training Studio,” interactive Learning Labs and live Podcast Pods featuring conversations with industry leaders.
Networking opportunities will take place throughout the conference, giving attendees the chance to connect with fellow contractors, manufacturers and industry partners. Highlights include the Opening Brew City Bash, celebrating Milwaukee’s heritage; and a closing celebration at the Harley-Davidson Museum, featuring food, networking and live music. The conference will conclude with an awards breakfast on October 22, providing an opportunity to recognize industry achievements before attendees head home with new ideas and connections.
