Duravit Americas Announces Sales and Commercial Leadership Realignment
This initiative is part of a strategic restructuring of the brand’s North American sales and commercial leadership.

Duravit announced internal promotions under the new leadership of Oliver Bleich, President of Duravit Americas. This initiative is part of a strategic restructuring of the brand’s North American sales and commercial leadership, designed to drive the company's next phase of growth across the U.S. and Canada.
In his new role as Vice President of Sales, North America, Dean Camastro will lead the region’s retail and commercial sales strategy. Leveraging over twenty years of industry experience, including more than six years at Duravit, Camastro’s deep familiarity with the brand and market will be instrumental in strengthening Duravit’s independent dealer, wholesale and showroom partnerships as well as key project channels – unlocking new opportunities in the luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and multi-family markets. Overseeing all regional sales managers and rep agencies, Camastro is positioned to expand Duravit’s market presence, accelerate profitable growth and deliver exceptional value to Duravit’s customers and partners.
Transitioning to Vice President, Product Strategy & Key Accounts, North America, Kurt Raabe will lead the development and execution of product portfolio strategy as well as key accounts, including Duravit’s e-commerce channel. Raabe brings over twenty years of experience in the decorative plumbing industry with a proven track record of connecting customer needs, market opportunities and business strategy to create meaningful outcomes. In his new role, Raabe will oversee the brand’s product category development managers and e-commerce team to ensure Duravit’s portfolio aligns with evolving market trends while strengthening partnerships across distribution channels. Raabe will also work in tandem with Camastro and the broader sales organization to support seamless program execution and continued growth in the luxury bathroom category.
“This strategic realignment of our sales and commercial leadership teams marks an important milestone in our commitment to our North American partners and customers,” notes Bleich. “By empowering Dean to strengthen our presence in the showroom and project channels, and entrusting Kurt to align our product and e-commerce strategy with the evolving needs of the market, we are creating a more agile and collaborative foundation for success. They are both uniquely equipped to lead their teams, deepening relationships across the industry and ensuring that we continue to deliver the exceptional design, quality and service that Duravit is known for."
Collaborating closely with Bleich and Duravit’s global leadership team, Camastro and Raabe will serve as pivotal drivers to support the company’s long-term vision and sustained market growth.
