PHCP-PVF Price Increases: July 2026
Some select product categories saw increases of 10% or more

Manufacturers announced another round of PHCP-PVF price adjustments in July, with increases affecting plumbing products, valves, fittings, specialty components, and more. While many manufacturers implemented modest increases in the low-single-digit range, some select product categories saw increases of 10% or more.
DiversiTech: Varies by item, effective July 1, 2026.
Duravent Group: 7% increase across its product portfolio, effective July 1.
JB Industries: 7.5% increase on brass access valves, capillary tubing, and fittings, effective July 1.
Johns Manville: 6-8% increase, effective July 1, 2026.
Jones Stephens: 3-10% increase on select PEX products, effective July 1.
LACO: Percentage increase TBA, effective July 1.
Moen: 10% increase (commercial line), effective July 1.
JPL: Increase TBA, effective July 5.
Mission Rubber: 3% increase on standard no hub couplings and heavyweight heavy duty no hub couplings, effective July 5.
Florestone: 3.3% increase, effective July 6.
Rectorseal: Up to 3%, effective July 6.
Supco: Average increase of 3-5%, effective July 6.
A.Y. McDonald: 6-15% increase on select plumbing product categories, effective July 7.
Centrotherm: 7% increase, effective July 12.
Oatey: 1.-5.4% increase on select product categories, effective July 27.
