Apogee Equity Partners Advise on the Sale of DB’s Plumbing and Drain

The northern Virginia plumbing company was successfully sold with the help of Apogee Equity Partners.

Apogee Equity Partners announced the successful sale of its client, DB’s Plumbing and Drain Inc., a family-owned and operated plumbing company serving Woodbridge and communities throughout Northern Virginia since 2008.

Founded by David and Jennifer Buky, DB’s Plumbing and Drain has earned more than 2,000 five-star Google reviews and the loyalty of over 17,000 homeowners across Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, D.C. market. According to the company, it was built on a simple promise to treat every home as if it were their own. DB’s has developed a reputation for "quality service, reliability, and a customer-first culture that has made the company a trusted name throughout the communities it serves."

Apogee Equity Partners, led by M&A Advisor and President David Yezbak, served as the sell-side advisor to David and Jennifer Buky in the transaction. Apogee first connected with the Bukys several years ago and remained an advisor as they evaluated their options and considered the right timing for a potential transaction. Together, Apogee and the Bukys ultimately entered the market when the timing was right for their family, their team, and the future of the business.
