Growing Sales Team at Armstrong Industrial
The company announced three new appointments to serve customers in North America and in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

The sales team at Armstrong Industrial has been further strengthened with three recent appointments to serve customers in North America and in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
A division of Toronto-headquartered Armstrong Fluid Technologies, Armstrong Industrial has appointed Paul Mitchell as Industrial Sales Manager for UK & EMEA – bringing his experience across sectors including oil and gas, power, steel, energy transition, hydrogen, carbon capture and data centres.
“He will be a valuable asset in pursuing our focus on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions,” said Michael Cline, general manager of Armstrong Industrial. “As a global leader in fluid flow systems, we are driving regional growth, building strong client relationships and contributing through strategic, customer-focused sales.”
From central Scotland, Paul Mitchell is qualified in electrical and electronic engineering, as well as instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical industrial systems. Beyond the UK, he has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and North America.
The company has also employed Joe Hargett and Brian Ray as sales managers for North America. Pennsylvania-born Joe Hargett is qualified in computer engineering and has worked in mechanical sales to almost every state in the US over the past decade. Among his focus areas are intelligent fluid-flow solutions to help customers achieve energy savings, water optimisation and decarbonisation.
From Alabama, Brian Ray is a business graduate of Faulkner University and the Florida Institute of Technology, and has experience in the industrial filtration market. In addition to the US, he has worked in Canada, Mexico, Germany and France.
“These appointments underpin our commitment to grow Armstrong Industrial’s global footprint,” said Michael Cline. “We are extending our innovative fluid flow solutions to help customers decarbonise their operations while reaching new levels of efficiency and reliability.”
