RIDGID has announced the launch of the FlexShaft KM-1004 Milling Machine. Designed for dual drain cleaning and milling applications up to 80 feet, the KM-1004 expands RIDGID’s FlexShaft line with a solution that combines heavy duty power, digital precision and jobsite adaptability for both residential and commercial projects. The KM-1004 is built to handle 1¼″ to 4″ pipes and supports ¼″ and 5/16″ FlexShaft cables, enabling technicians to remove scale, corrosion, grease, roots and other obstructions. A digital cable counter with variable speed control allows users to accurately monitor distance and adjust speed based on pipe condition. A built-in temperature sensor also prevents sheath damage during prolonged use. With both 18V battery and plugin power capability, the KM-1004 ensures operation during drain cleaning and milling jobs. Its features a dual-power design. Its brushless motor with I-Clutch technology automatically monitors torque based on cable size.
