NTI announced its new Verta Series, air-to-water heat pumps designed for single-family homes and apartments with limited space. The series features R32 refrigerant, and provides an alternate solution for hydronic heating and cooling as well as DHW for NTI. The Verta Series features a 7-inch LED control system, DHW storage, a heating curve and an auto heat cool switch. A sizing and performance app (web based or IOS and Android) dedicated to the Verta Series offers smart system recommendations for heating only or heating and cooling, project specific performance insights and clear model comparison.

The Verta air-to-water heat pump requires an indoor unit for installation, and NTI offers two options for this component. The Hydrobox is a 7-inch LED touchscreen system interface and main control board (PCB) that includes a 3kW backup heater, a hydronic circulation pump and a 3-way valve for domestic hot water. The Control Box also has a 7-inch LED touchscreen interface, PCB and all necessary field wiring, such as temperature sensors.
