CornerStone One has expanded into Northeastern Wisconsin with a new facility in Oshkosh, WI, at 3200 N. Main Street. The new facility increases manufacturing reach into Northeastern Wisconsin.

Founded over 20 years ago in Brookfield, WI, CornerStone One offers a complete range of services, including commercial plumbing, commercial HVAC, wastewater treatment, earthwork, site utilities, engineering and facility service solutions.

“This expansion reflects our commitment to delivering not only enhanced services but also the convenience and efficiency that comes from offering so many capabilities under one company,” said CornerStone One President, John Muraski. “Our skilled team is ready to provide installation, maintenance and service that help businesses operate at peak performance.”

The expansion brings manufacturing capabilities to the HVAC Mechanical Division at CornerStone One, which is led by Director of HVAC Jessica Peeters. The division provides mechanical services, from design/build installations and equipment replacements to routine, emergency, predictive and preventive maintenance to help commercial and industrial businesses meet today’s evolving demands.

“Our goal is to deliver exceptional solutions for commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings. We’re an experienced partner in helping businesses operate smarter and more efficiently.” said Peeters.

“We’ve continuously seen new benchmarks and regulations that are pushing businesses to upgrade and maintain their systems,” explains CornerStone One Founder, Steve Adkins. “With the increasing need for knowledgeable contractors, we aim to bring our experience to the table. We’ve built lasting partnerships over the years, and we’re proud to continue providing trusted, high-quality service to businesses across Eastern Wisconsin.”

CornerStone One’s world headquarters is located at 20865 Enterprise Ave, Brookfield, WI. The company offers services for commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings. CornerStone One has provided support on projects in Southeastern Wisconsin for organizations including Amazon, Komatsu, Baird, Northwestern Mutual and Froedtert.
