Zrubak has more than 25 years of experience building and fostering collaborative relationships. Most recently, he was Vice President Canada, DeLonghi Canada. He was a part of the North American leadership team and was responsible for the Canadian business. He helped achieve outstanding growth in revenue and profitability in Canada by revitalizing internal and external customer relationships, building foundational programs focused on strengthening distribution channels and launching successful sales and marketing programs. Prior to DeLonghi, Zrubak was the National Sales Executive for Dyson Canada. He has served on the board of the Canadian Home Products Trade Association (CHPTA). Additionally, he was Canada Council Chair of the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) and a North American Board Member.
