NTI Boilers announced Rohit Nair, who has been with the company since 2020, is now a technical trainer supporting Ontario contractors. Nair will provide installation, maintenance and troubleshooting training on the company’s full line of high-efficiency boilers and water heating equipment.

Prior to his new role, Nair spent three years working with NTI’s Technical Support team, allowing him to connect directly with contractors. Now as technical trainer, Nair will use his in-depth technical knowledge on NTI boilers, and his experience communicating directly with those installing and servicing these units, to deliver training built around what is most useful and important to contractors.

“At the heart of my work is a customer-centric approach and a commitment to problem-solving and providing effective solutions to customers’ challenges,” says Nair. “I look forward to being part of the NTI Ontario team and supporting our customers in their heating journeys.”

NTI has always placed a high priority on contractor training and having Nair able to focus on training in Ontario is an important piece to delivering on that commitment.
