Mr. Rooter Plumbing announces Franchisee of the Year
Mr. Rooter Plumbing, a Neighborly company and full-service plumbing provider, recently held its annual conference in San Antonio, Texas, alongside Neighborly’s 22 other service brands, where franchisees nominated and awarded their top performers for significant accomplishments and contributions throughout the year.
Mike and Vesna Kolakovic, owners of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Mississauga, Canada, were named Franchisee of the Year. The award is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a franchisee. It is presented by each company to the franchisee who has consistently grown through proper training and management of their organization and has had a consistently high level of sales through quality and professional service.
Nazek Salem, owner of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Cincinnati, received the Woman of the Year award, which is presented to the women who have had the greatest contribution to the success of their franchise. The recipient is nominated, in writing, by the franchise owner and is then selected by the Home Office Staff. This award is to recognize the continuing efforts that strengthen and support the success of the franchise.
Lastly, Trent Dawson, owner of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Mid-Ohio, was presented the Excellence in Mentoring award. This award is presented by each company to the franchise owner who is a model franchisee and is willing to positively impact others in a proactive manner.
“Each of the business leaders recognized at this year’s conference have been with the Mr. Rooter Plumbing brand for several years, and year after year, they continue to inspire other owners to work hard and achieve greatness,” said Doyle James, president of Mr. Rooter Plumbing. “We applaud these individuals and their teams for building a great organization that homeowners can depend on and look forward to their continued success and strong leadership for years to come.”
