The A. O. Smith Cyclone Mxi is a commercial gas water heater that combines an advanced internal helical coil heat exchanger and up to 500,000 Btu input for high efficiency energy transfer. The unit is glass lined and has powered anodes for tank protection resulting in a state-of-the-art water heater with money-saving 98% thermal efficiency, the company says. Four units can be manifolded to provide total storage of 520 gallons and total input of 2 million Btus — ideal for mid-sized restaurants and 50 to 300 room hotels. These units feature iCOMM Remote Monitoring, allowing users to control water heaters straight from the app.
