Artic Solar, manufacturer of the patented XCPC nonimaging concentrating solar thermal collector, named Tom Rieker its vice president of sales. Rieker’s comprehensive understanding of the solar thermal industry in both high-temperature fluids and HVAC will be of great benefit to the company, both nationally and internationally, company officials said.
   
Rieker is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, majoring in communications and business. His career spans more than 35 years, with the last 15 years devoted to leading the expansion efforts of several companies. Since January 1980, he has resided in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife Pam, raising three boys.
