Nexstar Network’s Super Meeting took place in Marco Island, Florida in October.
Lisa White, membership sales, welcomes a room full of Nexstar prospects and let’s them know what to expect from the Super Meeting.

The event included sponsored breakout sessions. In one breakout, Blue Corona talks to Nexstar Network attendees about the changing landscape of contractor digital marketing and how to stay ahead of those changes.

A group activity on how much it would cost to run a one-man shop. The result — $376.400 a year (a flat rate of $470.50). The goal of the exercise: To get the selling price correct and not worry about what to cut in the budget.

Leadership trainer and author John C Maxwell teaching members how an intentional life is the key to personal and professional growth: “The only guarantee that tomorrow is going to be better, is if you are growing today,” he says. “Growth needs intentionality. Be intentional in significance. Success is about you — adding value to yourself — but significance is about others. Success is not enough; it gives you reputation, but not fulfillment.”
Longtime Nexstar trainer and current Director of Training Strategy, Keith Mercurio shared a comprehensive strategy for hiring and developing great people, defining company culture and aligning the skill sets an owner is looking for.

Judaline Cassidy shared the story of her difficult upbringing in Trinidad and Tobago, her eventual training in the trades, and the challenges of working and interacting with customers and coworkers in a predominantly male industry.

Day 3 of the Nexstar Network Super Meeting began with talks from successful members (center) and their respective coaches (left). Throughout the day we heard from five different mambers.
Bar Rescue star and business consultant John Taffer gave Nexstar members a crash course in the importance of the “R Factor” – the reactions that companies create for their customers each day. Creating and harnessing positive reactions is what separates successful businesses from their competitors.
