Richman’s appointment as CEO is effective immediately. 

PHCC’s Legislative Conference coincided with Air-Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration Institute’s (AHRI) Policy Forum and Heating Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International’s (HARDI) Congressional fly-in.
