Doosan
Infracore today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Bobcat,
Utility Equipment and Attachments businesses from Ingersoll Rand Co., Ltd.
The
Plumbing Manufacturers Institute’s Fall Meeting, Oct. 7-11, in Arlington, Va.,
welcomed plumbing industry guests from Great Britain, Canada and Australia, who

that industry dealer Pro-Build Holdings has agreed to purchase the LBM division
of HD Supply, further segmenting the supplier.
The boards of the Air-Conditioning and
Refrigeration Institute (ARI) and the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association
(GAMA) have approved the merger and sent the proposal to the respective
memberships for a vote that will be tallied on Dec. 15.
Private
investment firm Sun Capital Partners Inc. said its affiliate has formed an
agreement to have controlling interest in the Global Bath and Kitchen business
of American Standard Americas, recently formed by Bain Capital Partners through
its acquisition of the K+B segment of American Standard Cos. Inc.
