The Hydraulic Institute (HI) installed new leadership during the 2023 Annual Conference in Tucson, Arizona.

Circulator Energy Rating labels are only applied to the most efficient circulator pumps in the market. The higher the Energy Rating, the more savings the circulators can provide the end-user.

PSAP candidates are able to schedule the exam on any day or time and will have a live proctor administer the certification exam.

Free to all as a downloadable work tool, the Pump Savings Calculator factors the impacts of potential energy savings, based on the HI Energy Rating, alongside other variables, such as initial cost, installation, maintenance, etc.

HI launched its Energy Rating Program in 2018 to make it easy for manufacturers and distributors to communicate energy efficiency, support power utilities in the development and operation of energy efficiency programs and help end users identify pumps that offer energy and cost-saving benefits.
