The key senior leadership appointments come right as SIMFLO is wrapping up construction on its new state-of-the-art 35,000-square-foot Engineered Products Facility, located at 605 26th Street in Lubbock, Texas, adjacent to SIMFLO’s existing headquarters and manufacturing campus.
The completed expansion will allow for additional manufacturing and storage, enhancing its long-term efforts at servicing basement waterproofing and building construction professionals.
Since 2011, Rooter Hero has offered plumbing services to residents throughout California. By 2019, with the purchase of four locations in the Phoenix, Arizona, area and another location in San Jose, California, earlier this year, the company has branched out into the heating and air conditioning markets.
The project represents Sloan’s largest showroom in North America and complements Sloan’s existing Mobile Showroom, as well as its Charles S. Allen Design Center in Andover, Massachusetts, and Stone and Steel Showroom in Mesa, Arizona.
