This was the 57th annual event for the world’s largest showcase of the skilled trades. In a typical year, SkillsUSA brings together more than 6,400 secondary and post-secondary career and technical education students to compete in 102 trades competitions.
An additional 22 students have received 2019 scholarships thanks to $55,000 in funding provided by A.O. Smith, Bradford White Corp., Delta Faucet Company, RIDGID, State Water Heaters and Viega.
Workforce development: It's consistently among the top challenges voiced by most, if not all, business owners in the p-h-c industry. With PHCC, members can conquer the challenge, leveraging what's exclusively available to them.
Targeted specifically for p-h-c contractors and managers, PHCCCONNECT2019 is co-locating with the 2019 RSES Conference & HVACR Technology Expo and RPA joins again to host radiant/hydronics education tracks. There will also be Quality Service Contractors tracks. Take a look at the RPA and QSC sessions here.
