The United Kingdom has experienced a colder-than-normal winter, too, and some of our cousins “across the pond” have taken to making their own supplemental heating systems — from heaters made of flower pots and tealights, to homemade heated clothing to beer-can solar panels.
I guess you could say these are examples of UK resourcefulness; you be the judge!
