Commercial/residential tankless water heater manufacturer Eemax recently held a grand opening to celebrate its new Waterbury, Conn., facility. It is double the size of the company’s old headquarters building and boasts a new engineering and test lab, water recycling system and a new customer training facility. About 125 customers, reps, suppliers, politicians, and local and trade press attended the event, which included tours and presentations.

“The move was seamless,” said Kevin Ruppelt, Eemax CEO. “We manufactured products on a Thursday in our old building and were able to start manufacturing on a Friday in the new facility, all without an impact on delivery and service to our customers.”
