Electrical radiant floor-warming company Nuheat Industries has been named one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in British Columbia by Business Magazine. Nuheat has grown to become one of the healthiest multinational companies to operate in the lower mainland, and boasts one of the most enviable corporate cultures in its country.
Each year, Nuheat employees are given a hobby allowance that has afforded some staff members the opportunity to take flying lessons or learn new culinary skills. Another popular program includes a flag raising ceremony that celebrates the cultural diversity of each staff member born outside Canada.
