Viega broke ground at a ceremony in McPherson, Kan., March 14 to officially begin construction of its new 439,000-square-foot production, logistics and office complex.
Viega broke ground at a ceremony in McPherson, Kan., March 14 to officially begin construction of its new 439,000-square-foot production, logistics and office complex. On-hand at the building site was Viega owner Walter Viegener, Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, Viega CEO Dan Schmierer, and McPherson Mayor Bill Goering. The new plant is scheduled for completion in 2008, and will house extrusion, injection molding and logistics facilities.
