On July 27, Oak Brook, Ill.-based Elkay announced that Larry Brand will join the company as its chief human resources office. Brand will lead Elkay’s global human resource functions including compensation, benefits, organizational design, talent acquisition and management, and succession planning.

Brand comes from Sparton Corporation, where he served most recently as senior vice president and chief human resources officer.
