Daikin’s MXS two-, three- and four-port multizone heat pumps are redesigned to improve application flexibility and heating efficiencies. They provide individual comfort for up to four zones using a single outdoor condensing unit. They have a greater maximum connected capacity than previous models, allowing indoor units of higher capacity to be connected. Installers can accommodate higher potential loads per zone. With the redesign also comes an increase in heating efficiency over previous models, with a maximum efficiency of up to 12.5 HSPF. Cooling performance is rated up to 18.9 SEER. Daikin North America.
