Bemis Mfg.’s Top-tite Sta-tite toilet seat is engineered to fit perfectly on any toilet bowl — both round and elongated. The Seat Fastening System provides for easy installation. The adjustable hinges provide for 3/8” adjustability forwards or backwards to account for varying toilet bowl sizes. Each bolt head is designed to shear off at about 40”/lb. of torque. If the bolt head is not sheared off, the hinge caps cannot be closed. It is made of molded wood with a high-gloss finish that resists chipping and scratching.
