AMTC’s Hybridflo hands-free automatic faucet system has an internal motor-drive mechanism, eliminating the use of a magnetic solenoid valve. In addition, its unique flow pin takes the place of a porous rubber or vinyl diaphragm, which can harbor biofilm growth and/or calcium deposits. The flow pin is made of copper and stainless-steel material that cleans itself of debris after every use. Its modular design allows for a variation of configurations, including multiple power sources such as a hydro-electric generator or a plug-in AC adapter and various water mixing options.
