Bradford White announced that R. Bruce Carnevale has been promoted to executive vice president and COO. Carnevale will be in charge of managing the operational aspects of the water heater manufacturer with a main focus on enhancing the quality and consistency of the customer experience across all business channels.

“As our new executive vice president and COO, Bruce’s strategic vision and customer-focused leadership make him the perfect candidate to manage Bradford White’s operations for the long-term growth and success of the company and our industry partners,” said President and CEO Nick Giuffre.

Carnevale says Bradford White will continue to thrive because of consumer demand.

“Bradford White is in an unprecedented period of growth and there is considerable demand for our products,” said Carnevale. “These factors, combined with the largest manufacturing plant expansion in the history of our company, have unquestionably provided us with some considerable challenges and opportunities.  As a result, we are putting the right people and the right resources in place to take care of our customers and reps in the way they expect and deserve for many years to come.”

Carnevale previously served as the company’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. He’s also a member of the company’s board of directors and serves several industry organizations, committees and boards in support of the plumbing and HVAC industries.
