Geo-Flo’s high density polyethylene hydraulic separator is designed specifically for geothermal heat pump systems. It also is an air and dirt separator. It allows pumping for the ground loop to be independent from the building piping, creating a primary-secondary pumping application. It is available with 2” and 3” connections, with options for HDPE fusion, female NPT and flange adapters. An automatic air vent, blow-down valve and ball valve for connection to an expansion tank are included. The HDPE tank is installed in a heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel cabinet.
